    This is simply called being mindful or attentive to places and things and activities around you as you are going through your day. Even if you’re occupied with a task, take a moment to think about what it is you are really doing; what you’re thinking as you do it; what perceptions you create, and so on. As you take this little mental break, you’re prompting relaxation.
